I have added a very basic download feature to this site. To kick things off, I am making available two files that are for any APBA Golf Master Game player, not just users of the Game Caddie.
The first file is a summary of rules and procedures that I created when I was initially learning how to play the Master Game. It is situation-based, meaning that it’s broken up into many, small chunks of information pertaining to various game circumstances.
For example, there are short sections on Teeing Off, Working-the-Ball, and Hitting Into and From the Trees. That approach made it a lot easier for me to figure out what I needed to do when. You still need to read and do your best to understand the actual APBA Master Game rulebook, but when you are just starting out you may find this Master Game Rules for Beginners useful.
The other file I’ve added will be familiar to all GC players. It’s the Lie Adjustments and Restrictions chart, which is built into the GC. This is an image file that can be viewed, saved and/or printed out. Many long-time APBA Golf players probably have some homemade version of the same thing, but if not, you are welcome to mine.
Again, these files are for anyone who plays the APBA Golf Master Game.
